Table price for dealers is as follows:

EARLY reservation cost is $30.00 per 8' table. If reservation is made two weeks (or less) prior to show then table cost is $35.00 per 8' table.

Below is a list of guidelines which dealers should use when conducting business at the MICHIGAN MILITARY COLLECTOR'S SHOW.

First, this is what you can expect from us:

1.) A show that is well promoted and advertised.

2.) Regular and consistent show dates to accommodate both dealers and collectors.

3.) A friendly and concerned staff that will assist you in any way possible to enhance your show experience.

4.) Excellent communication.

5.) All dealers will be treated as equally and fairly as possible.

Now, this is what we expect from dealers:

1.) Keeping with the theme of the show, all items for sale should be of a military nature or military related (i.e., books, war movies, documentaries, posters, photos, etc.). The occasional item such as police equipment,  G.I. Joes, or a "Rosie the Riveter" lunchbox  are acceptable as long as these items represent a small percentage of your sale items.

2.) Please have your table(s) uncovered and ready for business when the show opens to the general public.

3.) Table priority for the next show will be given to dealers who remain set-up for the duration of the show. Leaving early is unfair to those collectors who have paid to enter the show. Of course, there are some exceptions for "out-of-town" dealers who may need to travel a great distance. Each situation can be handled individually and we are always open to negotiation.

4.) All dealers selling firearms MUST comply with all federal, state and local laws. Firearms should have their breeches open whenever possible to display that they are unloaded and safe to handle. Please, avoid commercial or modern firearms.

5.) Do not bring live ammunition, explosives, ordnance or fireworks to sell. De-activated items such as grenades, mines or "dummy ammo"are allowed.

6.) Reproduction items should be represented as such.

7. Pets are prohibited in the show area. "Leader dogs" for the blind are the exception.

8.) Please, limit your number of sales people to a reasonable amount. A rule of thumb to follow is one sales person for every four tables. Spouses or "significant others" are an exception to this total.

9.) Dealer preference for table location, i.e., tables near main entrance or a row end cap, will be given out on a "first come, first serve" basis. Dealers will receive priority treatment as their reservation forms and payment are received.

10.) When in doubt, good, old fashioned, common sense should prevail.

Remember, all of the above statements are GUIDELINES and not neccesarily cast in stone. If you have a special need, question or concern then please contact us and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.

Our goal is to make your show experience the best it can be!
