"Gentlemen,

I have just returned from the Lansing, MI, Militaria  Show. This  is a one day show (to expand to two days) run by Jeff Bone, an advanced U.S. collector. As a bit of history, this show was run by Jerry Drake, and was the place to be for good stuff. Jerry moved to Colorado and the show decended into nothingness. Two years ago, Jeff reinstituted the show.

This class operation was like stepping back in time 30 years! The facility was roomy, well lighted, all tables covered, good aisle space, and very friendly vendors. The prices were unbelievable! The Lansing show had always been noted for great stuff at very reasonable prices, and this was no exception. There was something for everyone to include a complete T-5 parachute. For the airborne enthusiast, I was able to pick up a complete (named) 82nd uniform, a M2 knife, eight overseas caps, a combination glider/airborne wings (yes, they wore these), plus other equally interesting material.

This show is held twice a year, and is one that you should plan to attend."

Because of demands back in Colorado, this was the first time I was able to attend the  Michigan Military Show. After staying through the entire show I have only one word to describe it... "WOW!"

The facility was gorgeous: carpeted, excellent lighting, white linen table skirts, wide aisles and a full-service restaurant directly below!

With great dealers, special guests and a wide array of militaria to sort through-- who could ask for more?

Jeff has set the standard for all Michigan military shows.
